Thank you for shopping with Lemonbug! While we hope that you will love your merchandise, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange, provide credit or refund any unworn, unopened items with original tags attached and in original packaging within 10 days of the delivery date.

The following items are final sale and will be denied for exchange, credit or refund:

- ALL personalized or custom orders
- Items that are worn or altered
- Exchanges received after 10 days of the original shipment date
- Any items marked "SALE" or "FINAL SALE"
- Free gifts or gifts with purchase


In order to do an exchange or return, please email us at, and we will assign you a Return Authorization Number. This number should be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. We do recommend sending your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. 


Lemonbug guarantees its merchandise to be free from damage or manufacturer defect. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unworn item for the same item at no cost.
